Report an Issue
Found a bug, a broken feature, or something that doesn’t match the docs? This page walks you through filing a report that we can act on quickly.
Before you report
Most setup problems are already solved — a quick check here often saves you time:
- Skim the FAQ and Troubleshooting sections.
- Confirm you’re on a supported setup: Unity 2022 LTS or Unity 6 with URP.
- Make sure you’re on the latest Genesis version from the Asset Store.
Send a report
Fill in the form below and submit — it opens your email app with a fully formatted report addressed to our support inbox. Only a summary is required.
Issue report form
Fill in what you can — only a summary is required. Submitting opens your email app with a prefilled message to berkay.ezdemir@duckfire.games.
What to include
If you’d rather write the email yourself, a good report lets us reproduce the problem on the first try. Please include:
Environment
Unity version, Genesis version, target platform, and URP render path (Forward, Forward+, or Deferred).
What happened
The actual behavior you observed, plus the behavior you expected instead.
Steps to reproduce
A numbered list of the exact steps. A minimal repro project or scene helps enormously.
Evidence
Screenshots or a short clip of the issue, and any errors from the Unity Console (copy the full stack trace).
Please don’t include license keys, invoice numbers, or other private details in a public report. For account or purchase matters, use email instead — see the Contact page.
Where to send it
Pick whichever channel fits best:
- Bug tracker — file a detailed, trackable report on our issue tracker . Best for reproducible bugs.
- Discord — ask in the community server if you’re not sure whether it’s a bug or want a quick sanity check.
- Email — for private or account-related issues, reach us via the Contact page.
